Every member must treat others with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Harassment, bullying, personal attacks, intimidation, or deliberately making another member uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
2. Treat Everyone Equally
All members deserve equal treatment and opportunities within FGC. No individual should be treated unfairly because of their rank, experience, skill level, personal background, or opinions.

Racism, racial slurs, hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory comments based on race, ethnicity, or nationality are strictly prohibited. This includes jokes, usernames, messages, images, and other forms of communication.

All genders must be treated equally and with respect. Sexist comments, gender-based insults, harassment, discrimination, or making inappropriate remarks about someone's gender will not be tolerated.
5. No Bullying or Harassment
Targeting, repeatedly insulting, threatening, or humiliating another member is prohibited. Disagreements should be handled maturely and without personal attacks.
6. Keep Things Civil
Friendly competition and joking are welcome, but members must understand the difference between harmless banter and disrespectful behavior. Do not use gaming, voice chat, or forums as an excuse to mistreat others.
Article II – Military Rank Structure & Discipline
7. Respect the Rank Structure
FGC operates under a military-inspired rank structure. Members are expected to understand and respect the responsibilities and authority associated with each rank.
8. Follow the Chain of Command
Members should direct questions, concerns, complaints, and requests through their immediate superior whenever possible. Issues should move through the appropriate leadership levels rather than bypassing the established chain of command.
9. Respect Leadership Decisions
Members are expected to respect decisions made by authorized leadership. If a member disagrees with a decision, they may respectfully request clarification or submit an appeal through the appropriate channels.
10. Leadership Responsibilities
Higher-ranking members are expected to lead by example. Rank is not permission to intimidate, bully, threaten, or mistreat lower-ranking members. Leadership positions come with additional responsibilities and accountability.
11. No Abuse of Authority
Using rank to threaten members, demand special treatment, settle personal disputes, or misuse organizational authority is strictly prohibited. All leadership personnel are expected to remain fair, professional, and approachable.
12. Promotions Must Be Earned
Promotions are based on dedication, activity, leadership, teamwork, maturity, and contributions to FGC. Members should not demand promotions, pressure leadership, or undermine others to advance.
Article III – Forum & Communication Rules
13. Participate Respectfully on the Forums
The FGC forums are an important part of our community. Members are encouraged to participate in discussions, share updates, interact with other members, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
14. Keep Forum Posts Appropriate
All forum posts, comments, and messages must remain respectful and appropriate. Offensive content, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, and deliberately disruptive posts are prohibited.
15. Use the Correct Forum Sections
Members should post topics in the appropriate forum categories. Recruitment applications, announcements, general discussions, complaints, and other submissions should be placed in their designated sections.
16. No Spamming or Excessive Posting
Repeated posts, unnecessary bumping, advertising, flooding discussions, or posting meaningless content to increase post counts is prohibited.
17. Respect Other Members' Discussions
Do not derail conversations, intentionally provoke arguments, or attack members for expressing different opinions. Constructive disagreement is welcome as long as it remains respectful.
18. Follow Posting Requirements
Members must follow any guidelines established for specific forum sections, including application formats, recruitment requirements, announcement procedures, and leadership discussions.
19. Protect Private Information
Do not publicly share private conversations, personal information, leadership discussions, or internal FGC matters without proper authorization.
Article IV – Gaming & Team Conduct
20. Represent FGC Properly
When wearing the FGC name, tag, or representing the organization in public gaming environments, members are expected to conduct themselves appropriately.
21. Practice Good Sportsmanship
Winning and losing are both part of gaming. Members should demonstrate good sportsmanship, avoid unsportsmanlike behavior, and treat opponents with respect.
22. Support Fellow Members
FGC is built around teamwork. Members should support one another, participate in community activities when possible, and contribute to a positive gaming environment.
23. No Cheating or Exploiting
Cheating, hacking, exploiting unauthorized game mechanics, or intentionally ruining competitive experiences is prohibited when representing FGC.
24. Avoid Unnecessary Drama
